At Dream Bubble, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our fully automatic coffee and cotton candy machines. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the purchase date. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required to process any return.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Products that have been used or damaged after delivery
- Custom or personalized items
- Items on sale or clearance
Return Process
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@dreambubble.lu with your order details and reason for return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
- Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds
- If your return is approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [X] business days.

Exchanges
- If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at hello@dreambubble.lu. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost.

Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Cancellations
